برنامج للطواقم الطبّيّة

البرنامج مخصّص للطواقم من عالم الطبّ والتمريض الموجودين في حيّز متعدّد الثقافات ملون ومركب بشكل يوميّ، خلال البرنامج ستكون هناك فرصة لملاحظة التحدي في هذا التركيب، للوقوف عند ما هو جميل وجيّد فيه جنبًا إلى جنب مع دراسة طرق التعامل مع التحديات التي تصاحبها، سواء داخل طاقم العمل وكذلك مع الجمهور الذي تقدّم له الرعاية.

سنقوم أيضًا بخلق فرصة للتعرّف على الروايات والمواقف المختلفة من أجل تطوير التسامح اللغويّ.

ولأنّ المصلحة العليا في أعلى سلّم أولويّات الطبيب هي مصلحة المريض، يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الاستجابة حتّى في ظلّ واقع معقّد، ويجب أن يدرك الاختلافات بين الثقافات، وأن يكون قادرًا على العمل في حالات الصراع، وبالتالي كجزء من هذه العمليّة سنتطرّق إلى تطوير أدوات للخطاب والحوار، حتّى في حالات الصراع.

سيتناول البرنامج، من بين أمور أخرى، المضامين التالية:

موضوع الهويّة الشخصيّة.

يجب على المشاركين التدرّب على مكان للمشاركة والمحادثة، التعرّف على عالم مفاهيم خطاب الهويّة.

الهوية المهنيّة، تحليل للحالات الخلافيّة داخل العيادات.

الالتقاء والتصادم بين الهويّة الشخصيّة والهويّة المهنيّة، التصرّف في الحالات المعقّدة.

ماذا يحدث عندما يدخل الخطاب السياسيّ إلى العيادة.

الربط بين تجربة لقاء بين الثقافات وبين المكانة المهنيّة، الصرّاع اليهوديّ- العربيّ كمؤثّر في الأداء في العيادات.

قضيّة المسؤوليّة المهنيّة، تأهيل الأطبّاء الذين يتعدّى دورهم تقديم الخدمة الطبّيّة.

الغاية من المهنة - طبيب الأسرة كقائد في المجتمع المحلّيّ - القيادة والمسؤوليّة.

تحديّات الحفاظ على قيَم الديمقراطيّة في مجتمع متعدّد الثقافات

أسس البرنامج:

يرى مركز التربية الإنسانيّة في بيت لوحمي هجيتؤوت دوره في تعميق التفاهم والتعاطف مع القيَم الإنسانيّة والديمقراطيّة، وإكساب الأدوات للحُكم الأخلاقيّ، المشاركة والمسؤوليّة المدنيّة.

تُدرس أحداث المحرقة النازيّة في المركز بصفتها نقطة انطلاق لفهم العمليّات الحكوميّة والاجتماعيّة من الماضي والحاضر التي تجعل بني البشر، الجماعات، والمجتمعات بأكملها ترتكب الأعمال المتطرّفة والمعادية للإنسانيّة باسم الأيديولوجيّات أو دوافع أخرى.

وضع مركز التربية الإنسانيّة له هدفًا يتمثّل في تعزيز اليقظة والقدرة على التعامل مع وجود هذه العمليّات الخطرة في المجتمع.

ننطلق من الافتراض أنّ مظاهر العنف المتطرّف على أرضيّة عنصريّة أو سياسيّة هي نهاية حتمية لمسار منحدر وليست بحدث عابر. نؤمن أنّه يمكن تعزيز قدرة رجال الشرطة على التعامل مع حالات المعضلات الأخلاقيّة من خلال توسيع فهم حالة التعقيد المركبة بالمجتمع وتعميق الربط بين عملهم في حماية حقوق الإنسان والمواطن في الديمقراطيّة والمعنى الشامل لسلطة القانون في ديمقراطيّة متعدّدة الثقافات.

أهداف البرنامج

1. تعميق وعي الشرطيّ لحالة التعقيد في اللقاء متعدد الثقافات في الشارع الإسرائيليّ وأهمّيّة حساسيّته كشرطي في طريقة أداء دوره في فرض القانون والحفاظ على النظام العامّ.

2. تعزيز الشحنة القيميّة لرجل الشرطة الذي يتعامل مع المواقف المعقّدة من الناحيتين العاطفيّة والجسديّة.

3. تجهيز رجل الشرطة بأدوات تشخيص واختيار طرق العمل المناسبة لروح الديمقراطيّة وسلطة القانون.

طريقة العمل

نعمل على مستويين:

الأوّل - على المستوى الذهني المعرفيّ، بالطريقة التي تفحص وتدرس العمليّات الاجتماعيّة، القضايا القيميّة والمعضلات الأخلاقيّة.

الثاني - على المستوى العاطفيّ والشخصيّ، الذي يهدف إلى تأكيد الحساسيّة، الإنسانيّة والحوار المفتوح بين موظفي المحطّة.

مبنى البرنامج

خمسة لقاءات كلّ لقاء منها يتألّف من 5 ساعات أكاديميّة.

المشاركون: ما يصل إلى 20 من رجال شرطة المحطّة، الذي اختيروا من قِبل قائد المحطّة، والملتزمين بالمشاركة الفعّالة والمشاركة الكاملة.

عمليّة تحضيريّة تتضمّن لقاء طاقم مركز التربية الإنسانيّة مع ضبّاط المحطّة بغرض ملاءمة التوقّعات؛ تحديد مضامين محدّدة؛ تقسيم مجالات المسؤوليّة.

Professional Teams

Program for Medical Teams

This program is for teams working in the fields of medicine and nursing in a multicultural environment on a daily basis. The program offers the opportunity to contemplate the complexity and appreciate the beauty of this while examining ways to deal with the accompanying difficulties both within professional teams and when working with patients. Participants also have the opportunity to get to know different narratives and attitudes, with the aim of developing linguistic tolerance.

Since a doctor’s priority is their patient’s well-being, they must be able to respond amid a complex reality, recognize intercultural differences, and function in situations of conflict. In this way, the program will include the development of discourse and dialogue tools, including in situations of conflict.

The program will focus on the following topics and more

The topic of personal identity.

Leaning the concepts of identity discourse in a space of sharing and conversation.

Professional identity: analyzing situations of conflict within the clinic.

The meeting between personal and professional identity in complex situations.

What happens when political discourse enters the clinic?

Connecting the experiences of the intercultural meeting and the workplace - the Jewish-Arab conflict as a projection of the functioning in clinics.

The issue of professional responsibility - training doctors on their role beyond providing medical services.

Professional purpose - the family doctor as a community leader: leadership and responsibility.

Police Officers and Gatekeepers

The challenges of maintaining democratic values in a multicultural society

Rationale

The Center for Humanistic Education at the Ghetto Fighter’s House views takes upon itself the role of deepening understanding and identification with humanistic and democratic values and providing tools for moral judgment and civic involvement and responsibility.

At the center, the events of the Holocaust are examined as a starting point for understanding regime and societal processes from the past and present that bring people, groups, and entire societies to extreme and inhumane acts in the name of ideology or other motives.

The Center for Humanistic Education aims to strengthen awareness and the ability to address these dangerous processes.

The Center builds on the assumption that manifestations of extreme violence on racial or political grounds are the endpoints of a process and not incidental. We believe that is possible to strengthen the ability of police officers to deal with moral dilemmas by expanding their understanding of the complexity of the protection of human and civil rights in a democracy, and the comprehensive significance of the rule of law in a multicultural democracy.

The goals of the program

Deepening awareness of police officers of the complexity of cross-cultural interactions on the streets of Israel and the importance of sensitivity to this in the fulfillment of the role of law enforcement and maintaining public order.
Strengthening police officers’ psychological and physical resilience in dealing with complex situations
Equipping police officers with the tools to evaluate situations and choose appropriate responses in keeping with democracy and the rule of law.

Methodology

We work on two levels:

First: on the cognitive level, through the examination and study of societal processes, issues related to values, and moral dilemmas.

Second: on the emotional and interpersonal level, with the aim of strengthening sensitivity, humanity, and open dialogue between the police station’s staff.

Program Structure

Five sessions, each consisting of five academic hours

Participants: Up to 20 police officers from all parts of the station selected by the station commander, committed to full and active participation.

The preparation process involves a meeting between the Center for Humanistic Education team and the senior officers of the police station in order to coordinate expectations, select specific content, and allocate responsibilities.
