Noha is an educator with many years of experience in the field of education for coexistence. Noha is one of the founders of the bilingual schools in Israel: she started in the Galilee region, where she founded and managed the bilingual school of Kafr Qara, and over the years she has developed a variety of programs and projects bringing people of different backgrounds together. Noha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hebrew literature and education, a Master’s degree in educational system management and organizational consulting, as well as a certification in group facilitation. Noha leads groups for Arab and Jewish women in Israel and has managed the Center for Humanistic Education since 2018.

Lisa Shultz-Yatziv was born in Germany and has been living in Israel since 2011.

Lisa has a wealth of experience in education for a variety of ages on the history of the Holocaust and Nazi Germany. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Vienna and completed a Master’s degree in Holocaust Studies at the University of Haifa. Lisa has been working at the center since 2015, specializing in leading groups from abroad in English and German. In addition, Lisa is an educator for Hebrew speakers, including participants from the educational system and other groups.

Ranin was born in Nazareth and now lives with her family in Haifa. Ranin holds a Bachelor’s Degree and certification in the education of the arts, in addition to a certification in group facilitation.

Ranin is highly experienced in working with children, adolescents, and youth at risk in both formal and informal educational settings. Ranin is an art teacher at an elementary school and guides youth groups at Beit Ha'Gefen in Haifa. Ranin has been working at the center since 2018 and specializes in leading groups of youth at risk from the Arab educational system.
