وُلدت في الناصرة وتعيش حاليًّا مع عائلتها في حيفا، حاصلة على اللقب الأوّل وشهادة تدريس في الفنّ، وشهادة في توجيه المجموعات.
لديها خبرة كبيرة في العمل مع الأطفال، أبناء الشبيبة والشباب المعرّضين للخطر في إطار التعليم الرسميّ وغير الرسميّ.
رنين معلّمة فنون في مدرسة ابتدائيّة وترشد مجموعات الشباب في بيت الكرمة في حيفا.
تعمل في مركز التربية الإنسانيّة منذ عام 2018 ومتخصّصة في قيادة مجموعات الشباب المعرّضين للخطر من جهاز التعليم العربيّ.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فهي متخصّصة في قيادة مجموعات الشباب في حالة الصراع باللغتين العربيّة والعبريّة، وهي شريكة في تطوير مشاريع مع أطر ومنظّمات في البلاد وخارجها.
ليزا شولتز-يتزيف
مركزة مجموعات وبرامج خارج البلاد
وُلدت ليزا شولتز-يتسيف في ألمانيا وتعيش في إسرائيل منذ عام 2011.
لديها خبرة غنيّة في العمل التربويّ بين مختلف الأعمار في مجال تاريخ المحرقة النازيّة وألمانيا النازيّة.
ليزا جائزة على اللقب الأوّل في التاريخ من جامعة فيينا وأنهت اللقب الثاني في دراسات المحرقة النازيّة من جامعة حيفا.
تعمل في المركز منذ عام 2015، وهي متخصّصة في قيادة المجموعات من الخارج باللغتين الإنجليزيّة والألمانيّة.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تقوم ليزا بتوجيه المجموعات الناطقة باللغة العبريّة من جهاز التعليم بشكل عامّ.
نهى خطيب
مديرة المركز
مربّية تعمل في مجال التربية من أجل الحياة المشتركة منذ عدّة سنوات، وهي واحدة من مؤسّسي المدارس ثنائيّة اللغة في إسرائيل، في البداية في منطقة الجليل وبعد ذلك أسّست وأدارت المدرسة ثنائيّة اللغة في كفر قرع، على مرّ السنين أعدّت مجموعة متنوّعة من البرامج والمشاريع للربط بين الأشخاص من خلفيّات مختلفة في المجتمع.
نهى حاصلة على اللقب الأوّل في الأدب العبريّ والتربية، واللقب الثاني في إدارة المنظومات التعليميّة والاستشارة التنظيميّة، وشهادة في توجيه المجموعات.
مرشدة وتقود المجموعات النسائيّة العربيّة واليهوديّة في إسرائيل وتقود مركز التربية الإنسانيّة منذ عام 2018.
سونيا أبو رعد
موجهة مجموعات
مدرّبة شخصيّة حاصلة على شهادة NLP، بالإضافة إلى درجة اللقب الأوّل في التربية الخاصّة، وشهادة في إرشاد المجموعات في تخصّص الشباب المعرّضين للخطر.
تأتي سونيا من شفاعمرو وتعمل في المركز منذ عام 2017، وهي متخصّصة في قيادة الشباب المعرّضين للخطر في إطار التعليم الرسميّ وغير الرسميّ.
تتحدّث سونيا اللغة العربيّة والعبريّة وتعمل مع جميع الفئات من أبناء الشبيبة في المركز.
معيان موزيس عميرام
موجهة مجموعات
تعيش معيان في كيبوتس كابري في الشمال، انضمّت إلى طاقم مركز التربية الإنسانيّة في عام 2018،
حاصلة على اللقب الأوّل في علم النفس، واللقب الثاني في الاستشارة التربويّة وشهادة في إرشاد المجموعات.
لديها خبرة في العمل مع الأطفال، أبناء الشبيبة والشباب المعرّضين للخطر والبالغين، في إطار التعليم الرسميّ وغير الرسميّ.
لديها خبرة في إرشاد المجموعات، تطوير ورشات العمل، وإدارة الطواقم.
فادي أبو يونس
موَجه مجموعات
ناشط اجتماعيّ وسياسيّ من أجل السلام والمساواة.
يعمل في المركز منذ عام 2007، وهو متخصّص في قيادة مجموعات الشباب المعرّضين للخطر من جهاز التعليم العربيّ، ويوجّه مجموعات الحوار العربيّة اليهوديّة على مستوى عالٍ. يأتي فادي من سخنين وكان من أوائل المرشدين في مركز التربية الإنسانيّة منذ إنشائه، شريك في تطوير المضامين وتدريب المرشدين الجدد.

Noha Khatib
Director
Noha is an educator with many years of experience in the field of education for coexistence. Noha is one of the founders of the bilingual schools in Israel: she started in the Galilee region, where she founded and managed the bilingual school of Kafr Qara, and over the years she has developed a variety of programs and projects bringing people of different backgrounds together.
Noha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hebrew literature and education, a Master’s degree in educational system management and organizational consulting, as well as a certification in group facilitation.
Noha leads groups for Arab and Jewish women in Israel and has managed the Center for Humanistic Education since 2018.
Lisa Shultz-Yatziv
Abroad groups and programs coordinator
Lisa Shultz-Yatziv was born in Germany and has been living in Israel since 2011.
Lisa has a wealth of experience in education for a variety of ages on the history of the Holocaust and Nazi Germany.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Vienna and completed a Master’s degree in Holocaust Studies at the University of Haifa. Lisa has been working at the center since 2015, specializing in leading groups from abroad in English and German. In addition, Lisa is an educator for Hebrew speakers, including participants from the educational system and other groups.
Ranin Tbarani
Office manager
Ranin was born in Nazareth and now lives with her family in Haifa. Ranin holds a Bachelor’s Degree and certification in the education of the arts, in addition to a certification in group facilitation.
Ranin is highly experienced in working with children, adolescents, and youth at risk in both formal and informal educational settings. Ranin is an art teacher at an elementary school and guides youth groups at Beit Ha'Gefen in Haifa.
Ranin has been working at the center since 2018 and specializes in leading groups of youth at risk from the Arab educational system.
Sonia Abu Raed
Group facilitator
Sonia is a personal coach and certified NLP practitioner, and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Needs Education and a certification of specialized group facilitation for youth at risk.
Sonia is from Shfar'am and has been working at the center since 2017, specializing in leading youth at risk in both formal and informal educational settings. Sonia speaks Arabic and Hebrew and works with all youth participating in programs at the center.
Maayan Moses Amiram
Group facilitator
Maayan lives in Kibbutz Kabri in the North of Israel and joined the Center for Humanistic Education in 2018.
Maayan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and a Master’s Degree in educational counseling and a certification in group facilitation.
Maayan is experienced in working with children, adolescents, youth at risk, and adults, in formal and informal educational settings. Maayan is also experienced in group facilitation, workshop development, and team management.
Fadi Abu Younes
Group facilitator
Fadi is a social and political activist promoting peace and equality.
Fadi has been working for the center since 2007 and specializes in leading groups of youth at risk from the Arab educational system, and is a unique, talented brave facilitator of Arab-Jewish dialogue groups. Fadi is from Sakhnin and as amongst the first educators at the center in its first year of activity, Fadi takes part in the development of content and training of new educators.
